I do not have facility or a need urgent enough for such tools.

Yet Walmart and Amazon are a good resource for new tires at the most economical price delivered to you.

Swedish Baklava, a brickboard forum member, also is able to change tires, yet he put 70,000 or so miles yearly and NYC regional roads are garbage.
