140/240 - Removing Rear Wagon Windows w/ seal intact

Folks,

Starting a resto project on my '68 145 and I want to pull out all the windows to do rust repair and a repaint. My biggest worry, window wise, is the rear wagon windows. My car has the early rear vent windows and the seals are NLA. I still want to remove the windows to ensure no rust issues, but I am worried about damaging the rubber seals. So I am looking for advice on how to pull the rear window without damaging the seal. Have folks done this on 140/240 wagons (240 windows I believe are very similar, without the vent)? What is the best method you have found? Also am I crazy for attempting to do this?

Thanks in advance for all the help.

Brian
