As you can see from the parts book pic that one doesn't have the primer lever. I think they were dropped with the change to B18 from B16. A useful retrofit if you can find one, especially if you only use the car now and then. Saves a lot of unnecessary churning on the starter.
I haven't checked but I would expect that VP and the usual suspects can supply a refurb kit. Beware when fitting the pushrod through that frayed seal as is easy to damage it.
