Hi,

The owner of the board JARROD, uses the handle or user name, AS it’s called today (:) of JSBB.

Someone on here probably knows the site better than I and should be able to help you!
I know he is usually busy with his consulting firm so how much he monitors the site is unknown.
I would imagine He probably gets a lot of requests of this nature.
I haven’t seen a method provided on the site for resolving issues of this nature.
This is because I haven’t had the problem and I’m pretty much computer illiterate!
I can attest to this by only using one finger to type!
