Torque rod removal 90 245 200

I am stuck trying to replace my torque rods and I have tried to jack car up and support it by jack stands under the axle and also on the jack points with the axle hanging down with only a little support under the diff with the jack. I cannot seem to get the bolts to budge, I have tried an impact(w/ swivel), ratchet and closed wrenches. nothing budges. I have soaked in PB blaster but Car has no rust as its a southern car and every other suspension or bolt I have removed from front and rear has come off as expected. Every resource I read just says to remove the bolts but I feel I am missing something? Does anyone have any good steps and exact tools and approach for getting these bolts out?

Thanks
