940 horn physical mounting 900

Well, gee whiz. I went out to start repairing the horns on this 1995 Volvo 940 and, guess what, they were not there! The yellow and blue/black wires were there, snipped off. But no horns. I suspect they were stolen.

I have taken a look around and have seen a short mounting bracket that comes with a new horn and I can see where it connects to the horn itself.

But I am wondering about the other end of the bracket. I am guessing I will need some kind of bolt to connect the bracket to the frame of the car. But what size bolt?

I will try to get a used pair from my favourite wrecking yard and perhaps he will supply me with whatever information I need about the attaching bolt. But in the interim I thought I might pose the question.

I hope this is not another month long repair facing me!
