ONE DOOR HANDLE WON'T OPEN - POWER LOCKS 200 1993

Have a '93 Classic Wagon with power windows.
The rear drivers door at times cannot be opened from the outside - like it is 'locked' but it is not as all others have been unlocked by the central locking system.

I need to reach inside and cycle the up/down button and this releases the ouside handle.

Not a huge issue since I know how to get around it.

Any ideas? What to check out.
