Yeah, that's one possible sequence, and one that's conventionally adhered to.
The exact sequence isn't actually that important, however.

The eagle eyed will have noticed that the official Volvo procedure is to start on the "left front wheel". You can see it right there at step #3.

This has been noticed on this forum before, BTW.

The terminology "left front" also implies it doesn't matter if you have a LHD or RHD vehicle, despite the brake master cylinder being in a different position.
