You might look at an appointment color of red oxide primer and then give it a coat of clear caliper paint assuming you’ve dismantled the whole transmission so you can bake it in an oven at the appropriate temperature for the required period of time. Both these products are available in spray cans, VHT Caliper Paint for example needs 100c for one hour.
