1993 940 Turbo no start. 900 1993

A friend of mine has a 1993 940 Turbo. He said he was driving it the other day and it just died and would not restart. He said it does have spark and fuel. He also mentioned that he replaced the crank position sensor, verified the stage unit was good. New plugs cap and wires. He mentioned the computer below the instrument panel. This was a new one to me. I’m aware of the one in the right kick panel. The car does have EGR

Any idea as to what to check next. He said he checked the compression and it was good. So that means the timing belt did not break. Thanks for any advice.
