What is the value of a rusty 1983 Volvo GLT with turbo 200

Is there any value to a rusty 1983 GLT with manual transmission and turbo beyond its parts? There is a chap trying to part one out locally and I am wondering if he is doing the right thing. He has a good DL that he is focused upon but I am wondering if he is undervaluing the GLT. It also has the failing wiring harness to deal with.
