Hope you're well and stay so. The foglight switch is mounted in a plastic frame. That frame is secured with a spring clip, on the side of the frame closest to the headlight switch. The spring clip is to the left of the headlight switch, as you face it.
Old plastic is likely to be brittle. So go gently. Insert a small, flat-blade screwdriver's tip under the edge of the frame. Lever the face of the frame towards you. Increase the pressure slowly. The spring clip will release suddenly.
Then, remove the connectors to the switches, so that the frame - with switches - is no longer attached to the wiring harnesses. On the side of each switch is a plastic "spring". Press them towards the switch body, while pushing the switch forward. The switch will come out of the frame.
I presume that a fog light bulb socket comes out by rotating it, just as does the parking/turn signal bulb socket.
The lamps "in the rocker switches" are actually mounted in a plastic housing atop the switches. The light from the bulb radiates through the housing. The bulb and its socket can be pulled straight out of the housing's opening.
There are only two sub-miniature lamps in a Yazaki speedometer cluster: the four large ones, that illuminate the instruments and a smaller lamp for each warning light.
The instrument cluster bezel is retained by spring clips, that catch on the opening.
