1992 Volvo Hi/Lo Beam Wiring 200 1992

I need some help. I was replacing the Stalk with Hi/Lo Headlights, Turn Signals, and Cruise Control as the Cruise Buttons seemed intermittent. When I was pulling on the two cables to see where they plug into the Harness, the cable with the Black/White Wire and the Red/Blue Wire came unplugged. I cannot find where it plugs in. Of course looking at the electrical diagrams is murky between the small fuzzy print and the way Volvo did the prints. And maybe my old eyes... And maybe because I don't see a Red/Blue Wire. What does not work is the Hi/Lo Beam Switch. It seems that I am stuck on Lo Beams. Does anyone have a clue where to look? It has to be under the drivers side dash. Not sure how to post a picture of the Cable and Connector that pulled loose.
