No start situation 200 1990

Yeah, I know that trick, but the fuses are good and get power. As I said, the pumps flow lots of gas to the fuel rail on top of the engine, no problem. Wish I knew what's going on. Maybe something with the injectors themselves, or heaven forbid, the ecu main computer!? But it won't run so I can't take it to a good shop to analyze!
