Volvo - 381251 - 139652 reverse switch

Could someone help me with the reverse witch wiring ? It the 3-prong Volvo - 381251 - 139652 switch is turned in all the way into the M41 transmission with J-Type OD , what position is each wire?
On a time scale there's a 11 o'clock, 1 o'clock and 6 o'clock
It's hard to work and see in that area on a "72 1800E
