Steering box replacement or rebuild on a 63 PV544 444-544

Greetings fellow PV enthusiasts !
After a long road trip, my steering box developed a leak. I have the skills to do an R & R, however replacing and properly fitting and reaming the new bushings has me a bit nervous. I'm tempted to find and replace with a remanufactured box, though still no guarantee of no leaks, or do I bite the bullet and give it a whirl myself? How much time to R & R the steering column and repair the box should I anticipate? I think I can get the old one removed and re-installed in under 3 hours, but how long will it take to rebuild the steering box with new replacement seals? Any specific issues I should be looking for once it is removed and on my workbench?

Thanks
