Engine undertray 700

The undertray does effect how air flows through the engine compartment and very well a positive effect on cooling. That being said, I can tell you there are a LOT of cars driving around without the tray and they don’t have any overheating problems.

Radiator flow can be checked by disconnecting both upper and lower radiator hoses and running a garden hose into the upper hose port and see how fast it drains out of the lower port. Or does the water back up in the radiator rather than running freely out of the lower port?
