Strange Signals . . . 200

I have a 1990 240 that just turned over 367,000 miles. A few weeks back i began having problems with my left turn signal(s). I thought I had the problem fixed then a few days ago, the same thing happened. The left turn signal works fine EXCEPT when the headlights are on low, then the left turn signal just stays lit. Any other time, it works the way it should. I have check/repaired the wiring (at the turn signal), the turn signal switch, the bulbs (all around the car), the headlight relay and now am at a loss...The last time this snafu happened, the radio and the blower motor quit working temporarily. After sitting for a few hours the radio and blower motor began working again, but not the left turn signal(s)-when the headlights are on low.

Any help would be more than appreciated.
