In tank fuel pump questions 200

I have a 1988 244 DL non turbo and then in tank fuel pump is not working. Looking at replacements and my choices are limited. I can get a Volvo pump or Pro Parts. How is the quality of Pro Parts? Also on them sending there are 3 hoses. One from the sending unit to the filter, the return line and then third has a short piece of nylon hose that is sealed. I'm assuming a vent but it is sealed. What is the ID of the return hose? Nasty looking and getting replaced. Trying to get all the parts before I start this project. Thanks Matt
