92 exhaust header downpipe EGR plug missing 200 1992

Recently had the rusted downpipe replaced with a nice stainless steel aftermarket piece but then, the exhaust started to get noisy again. Then, suddenly really loud like there was a Harley under the seat. Figured another section of exhaust pipe had failed. But, today as the car was jacked to switch to snowtires, i noticed the threaded plug to seal the EGR hole is gone. Anyone know what size of threaded plug i need to look for? Okay to apply some JBWeld to the threads?
