E-brake cable routing at rear axle? Between Torque Rods? 700 1990

Hello, the e-brake cable runs through the subframe and is attached to it along the driver's side. It then runs between the torque rods to the "equalizing" bracket welded to the axle and then to the drum. The shorter cable also attaches and runs to the other drum.
