CEC is a major lamp manufacturer based near Chicago

You are looking for 14 Volt lamps, Euro style.
You'll have to dig around in their catalogs to find your lamp.
They do a better job starting in 2000 with the Volvo S70 in their
application guide. You can contact them to see if they have older Volvo
application guides for 200/700/900 etc. This info should be posted in the
FAQ

Once you find the CEC part #, Goto Ebay and search (example) "CEC PC37"
You'll find your lamp without the huge markup from Volvo.
