Loud Screeching from Head Area, Rocks Badly 700 1987

The water pump can be ruled out as all accessory belts were removed for short test runs. A new AMM is on order to eliminate the possible MAF Cleaner possible damage now or in the past. Double check on timing says all is correct. The idea of a bad cam bearing is quite possible as the inside of the valve/cam cover has some varnish, so will tear into cam as soon as rain stops (Car is outside in central CA). Appreciate the help, and apologize for caps lock on.
