M41 will not shift into 3rd gear 1800 1969

Hello,

You could possibly have a bent 3rd/4th shift fork. FYI, I've personally done this while driving. When I did it, I couldn't get the transmission to go into 4th gear.

There's also the possibility that you didn't get it assembled correctly or it didn't stay assembled properly as you installed the mainshaft.

Any chance you didn't get the 3rd/4th slider installed in the correct direction?
