1972 142e 140-160

So, I continue exploring this '72 142e I acquired. Seems that the thing hasn't run for decades but it is RUST FREE so totally worth it but many things to do!

Feel silly but I don't seem open the air filter: one bolt to the fender comes off, OK, then there is a bolt under the filter attached underneath, 13mm, which just turns, stripped? The parts catalog does not show any such bolt...
Any ideas?

Also, anyone know where I can find exhaust parts for it, rear muffler, tail pipe?
