Solved!

disassembly was actually simple, all you had to do was lever with a screwdriver, being careful not to overdo it with force.

the problem is, obviously, that the circuit that closes no longer makes contact. opening it I remembered that it was a system as brilliant as it was stupid XD

the plastic "foot" of the button tends to become thinner over time and the contact of the two metal plates wears out and becomes punctured, perhaps because it causes some sparks or something... I don't know because in any case you don't spend your days playing the horn. especially with a car like this that has done 3000km in 10 years -.-

the fact is that the plastic feet had already been modified by adding a screw that makes them adjustable, I cleaned the contacts and gave the screw a quarter turn. perfect, sensitive at the first touch.

I don't rule out that in 15 years :p I will add a drop of tin in the "holes" that were created in contact, so as to restore the original thickness.
