Refinishing Draco Alloy Wheels/Paint Match

Thanks for your reply. I have already checked out all of the Dupli-Color silvers at C.T. Some may be close to a match but I don't want to be guessing at the colour and guessing wrong and having to start over. I want a one-and-done scenario.

I have had these rims since '88 when I purchased them new from the Volvo dealer in my town to replace the Virgo's that I then had on my 264 GL. They have been on 3 of my Volvos, have been well taken care of, have been refinished a couple of times and thankfully suffer from none of the problems that you mentioned. Two are still in excellent shape; one having been refinished 5 years ago and the other 22 years ago. The two that I am now doing have already been sanded and primed and are just waiting for the paint.

If I am unable to find a good paint match from a spray can I may just take them back to the auto body shop that repainted two of them 22 years ago. It may cost me a bit but if they hold up another 22 years I'll be happy.
