164 and 240 / 260 series sunroof seal - NOT ScanTech! 140-160

Hio Dave, BB, and Ajb164,

The last two times I got an OEM form the blue box folks, they were garbage.

Surface prep and maybe some super Sikaflex?

Someone here on the board of brick mention using nylon strap, folded, and so does not sear the painted edge of the moon roof.

If I can find that post here. Maybe in the morrow on our happy Sat-your-day.

Maybe make a Volvo 164 and 240 SolidWorks ot NX CAD model and make someone build it new.
