Nissens Heater Core Foam--740 700 1989

Thanks a lot, will check to see if I can use the foam in places suggested although I'm dubious about it being heat resistant but if it supposedly goes on the core for the 850 I guess it is.

Seems the body of the core on the outlet side of the Nissens is not as thick as the nice metal volvo one I took out so the strap is not fitting the same. My solution is to bend the strap so that it holds better but still troubleshooting if this will rattle or not maybe good place to use the foam dunno.

Also seems like a good idea to hook up the core and warm the car to make sure its ok before putting everything back again. Thanks again.
