How many hours to change struts? 700

I'm planning to change the struts on my 740, and I'm curious how long I should expect it to take - assuming that there are not major issues with the gland nut. I'm putting in some KYB GR-2 struts.

I have a "single action" spring compressor that grabs both sides of the spring at once rather than the individual type. I've got a small vice, torch, most of the tools I think I need...

I'm thinking start to finish with a little bit of issues should be 4 hours or so. Is that reasonable or should I be expecting it to take a full day?

Has anyone had it go super smoothly and finished in 2 hours?

Cheers,
Will
