front bushings 200 80

I definately need to do something about the bushings on the lower front.I had it up on a lift, rubber is totally tore up.The car has 183K.I can really feel a shake when appling the brakes, seems to be getting worse. The parts are easy enough to get,but is this one of those "do a lot of swearing, better take it to the shop" repairs or can I do it myself?.I have access to a lift and air tools. Also are there alternatives to the OEM part.

Any help is appreciated!
