keeping my 93 945T, handling upgrade? 900 93

I'd like to upgrade my 93 945T's handling. With 110,000 miles it's been feeling a bit soft lately and I've always felt like it didn't handle a full load very well either, so since Ive decided to keep it for a while I'm going to tweak it a bit with some advise I've picked up on this board.

First are new Bilsteins all round, next is front and rear sway bars from IPD along with new overload springs for the rear, (increasing load capacity by 300 lbs.) last are new 205/60/15 Bridgestone Turanza Revos. I'm hoping all this results in improved handling without a harsh ride. I spend way too much time in my car to feel every acorn I go over. Any comments?
