Tach/voltmeter/ext.temp.sender successfully installation but for my cold start problem... 200 89

Hi guys!! I found a junk 240 GLT and took the tach, an exterior temp. sensor(and installed them) and all the 3-instruments center panel. So, I finally installed the voltmeter(doesn't require any sensor) and all of it works!! This morning, it was 11°C !!

BUT: My cold start problem is running me crazy!!

All of the sensors are working ok

(just detected a slightly low voltage from the RPM sensor to the ECU)

It's just occuring during the first seconds, when I start it. It's worse when it's colder, so It's not a fuel pressure related problem..

Cleaned the throttle body.

Air control valve OK...

any idea??
