It is finished! 200 88

My first wrenching experience with my '88 240 was a success. Thank you to the people who led me down the

path to replacing the rear shocks. The bolts came off with the help from a can of solvent (PB I think) and the new shocks

went in without a hitch. A jack stand under the hub and a hydrualic jack allowed for an easy installation.

Wow what a difference that made! Thanks again. I will now approach the brakes.
