another belt /water pump ? can a belt make a piercing screaming sound? do ipd accessory bushngshelp? 200 82

i ordered new alternator belts from ipd and seals for the water pump. but i was wondering what does a bad bearing sound like? anyone familiar with the accessory bushings ipd claims to fix a squealing belt. i dont understand where they go or how hard it is to install. the manual really do not talk about this. thanks again for the $$ everyone on here saves me in mechanic fees. will
