TURBO REPLACEMENT 900 1992

Just changed oil and noticed some drips around bottom of turbo charger,what are some of the things to expect when changing out unit ie. what tends to break and what is the best source for standard replacement or is it even wise to go bigger after 144k miles? Sorry so many ? I would just like to have everything I could possibly need on hand when I swap unit out.
