Price Check, Please! 200 1977

Greetings again from Cleveland! OK, crew...I need people with "Rust Belt" experience in helping me price a potential new acquisition. Happened to see, today, a 1977 264 GL for sale in the Northeast Ohio area. Here's the specs: 2.7 engine, auto trans, sunroof, leather (pretty good shape), decent tires, 78,000 actual miles (documented). However, being from the land of salty, damp winters, the dreaded 'Tin Worm' has started to eat the body...not too badly, mind you...and where you would expect. Door bottoms, rockers, spare tire well...nothing eaten totally away, but starting to become apparent. Anyway, the car has been for sale for three months with no bites. He's asking $2500 (Overpaid $3500 for it last year.) and indicated that he "just wants to get rid of it now" and would take $1500 (I suspect closer to $1200). Query: Assuming that it checks out mechanically, what about the price? Is it in the ballpark? Anyone out there with an opinion and experience? Oh, by the way, can I get Euro-spec headlights to replace the goofy looking quad round sealed beams? I remember these from my '79 244, and I didn't like them back then. Thanx.
