More B23ET rebuild questions. 700 88

1. What kind of "pre-lube" should I use on the bearings and cylinders during the assembly.

2. I am planning on running as much boost as I can with stock FI and ignition. Maybe a RRFPR. Should I have some treatment done to the crankshaft and pistons? I am not racing the car, just driving the hell out of it everyday. My B230F has 333000Km and I drive it very hard and it's still going strong.

3. Can anyone think of a good way to plug the oil return hole in the block from the turbo? I'm planning on running a separate oil circuit (if not now, then eventually).

I think that's it for now. I'll get the pistons over to the shop soon so they can bore the block. More questions as they arise.

Thanks in advance,

Rene
