Hazard rocker switch flashes when right turn signal is on! 200 1984Ti

This is a new, interesting quirk...

It only happened briefly on the way to work this morning, but while signaling to make a right turn, I noticed the hazard rocker switch in the center console flashing. This didn't happen when trying the left turn signal, and the hazard switch itself functions properly when pressed. Subsequent right turn signals after that were "hazard-free".

Any thoughts? A short? Relay problem, etc...?

Thanks in advance!
