How to clean the LH2.4 Air Control Valve?? 200 89

Hi guys!!

I read that the air control valve is somewhat easy to clean because you can open it.. but mine is sealed and I can't take the parts apart for the cleaning.

Can I just spray carb cleaner and shake it??

Do I have to lubricate it after??
