B30 turbocharging 140-160 75

Hi,

Have anyone any good advices for my little project that I've been working out in my mind lately. The crazy idea goes something like this. A B30E engine with a rebuildt cylinderblock including oversize pistons and grinded crankshaft. The combustionchambers should be rounded and enlarged to reduce compression. I think stock valves (44/35mm) should be enough, ported exhaust, mildly ported intake. Exhaust manifolds should be standard with a manufactured pipe connecting to the turbocharger. Intake manifold stock also. The fuel system would be a bosch K-jet from some big (4,5-5litre) MB V8 with two chambers plugged (like on B21ET). The control pressure valve should be from a turbocharged k-jet. I think this fuel system could deliver enough fuel. The questions are:

Have anyone outthere buildt something similar?

If the boost pressure is kept mild can i use regular mahle pistons? Does the connecting rods stand the pressure(6-bolt flywheel)? What turbocharger?

If I use a intercooler what would be suitable?

The transmission should be a M400, what clutch?

Finally i was thinking about building it all into a 240 whith turbo-ventedbrakes and 264-rear axle.

I am very grateful for some tips.
