Are ign. modules for auto/manual trans interchangeable? 200 84

Hello,

I recently bought a '84 245DL (auto trans) with a blown engine and some missing parts (AMM, ignition module). I have a wrecked '85 244DL (manual trans) with a complete engine that I am going to transplant into the '84 including the FI and ignition systems.

I have heard that the 'chrysler' type ignition modules are different for the auto and manual tranny cars. Is there going to be a problem using the module that came in a manual trans car with an auto tranny?

TIA,

Csaba
