luv my 245 except.... 200 87

That silly heater fan. I drove an f250 for twenty years and am fairly convinced that my sweet volvo wagon is the next logical upgrade to a pickup(durability). So the fords have abundant "passive" heat in that you don't even need a blower running while driving down the road to de ice a windshield. I am looking for the inlet on the ductwork of the fresh air intake on my wagon to which I dream of attatching the blower off an F250 circa '75 (size of a leaf blower). Possibly also just improving the flow through this ductwork. I guess I dont mind the job of tearing the console and interior apart but the replacement blowers I see at ipd and elshwere look so flimsy for a brick (3/16 shaft yikes). Anyone had luck improving "passive heat" in yer brick. TC
