Eratic idle 200 89

Yesterday, my 89 240 DL started to have an eratic idle. The car would almost die unless the throttle was depressed slighly to increase engine speed. This is intermittent now and doesn't seem to be effect by engine temp. The car was just filled with gas and the weather has suddenly turned very cold here central Washington state. Thanks.
