80/100W Bulbs Relays and Integrity Lamp? 200 84

Hi there,

I am planning on upgrading my 55/60W H-4 lamps to 80/100W bulbs and intend to install relays on both circuits to enable higher amperage. Does any one have a wiring diagram for adding relays to the low/high headlights so that the integrity lamp function is non impaired?

I also going to 100W bulbs for the H-1 and will used the relays there as well.
