Glowing turbo/Manifold No Power 700 1986

Long story short, I noticed my car diving with out a whole lot of power. So this last time I came up the hill to my house, I checked under the hood, and my turbo and exaust manifold were glowing red hot. So I let it Idle til it wasn't orange anymore. I was wondering if anyone knew what this is, and how to fix it, thanks in advance.
