Water on the floor 200 82

My '82 240 is leaking a lot water onto the floor on the passenger side when it rains. I have the molded plastic floormats from IPD with the 1.5" lip around the edges so I get a nice pool going overnight. I can see that the water is dripping off the lowest point of the wiper linkage up under the dash on the passenger side. I know for sure that the water isn't getting into the car at the wiper gearbox because I've slathered that area entirely with butyl rubber. That area doesn't really seem to get wet when it's raining either. I've check the mindshield seal, and the antenna mounts. I'm about 90% sure the water isn't coming in there either. Any ideas? Has anyone else experienced this? It is very annoying since I live in the Northwest where it rains from November to April.

Thanks,

Ben
