Now that it's getting cooler here in Florida ... 200 83

(temperature-wise; not the political climate) I turned the heater on the other day but didn't get any. As it will likely get even cooler in the next couple of months this is something I would like to get fixed. Does this sound like the heater control valve? I have searched the Archives but not found an answer. Other info is that earlier this year I had the AC converted to r134a (which is working fine), and before which the heater was working. However I had not thought to check it before now. Any and all advice appreciated. Thanks in advance.
