Re: IAC Problem 700 1991

I dealt w/ this on my last 780, an '89. I removed the IAC motor and pulled it apart to clean the contacts and slip rings etc... prying those crimps up is not as difficult as it looks... they will bend easily and I didn't break one even in pulling it apart and reassembling 3 different times. Mine was too far gone to save, so I ended up replacing it w/ a new one. It turned out my no start problem was in the fuel pump relay anyways. Good luck,
