Interesting eBay auction pre 76

Has anybody noticed this auction? It looks like a B20 to me, with a few modifications here and there. Am I out of my mind to think this might be a worthy investment, assuming it sells really cheap? Well, maybe if I lived in Ohio. It looks like it needs a water pump, but otherwise, looks awfully familiar.
